We are honored to receive a 2014 Classical Commissioning Grant from Chamber Music America. Together with The Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, Carnegie Hall, Chamber Music Northwest, Chamber Music Monterey Bay, Classic Chamber Concerts, and Wigmore Hall, we are commissioning Aaron Jay Kernis' Third String Quartet. The premiere of this monumental work will take place on June 28th, 2015 at Caramoor and will be subsequently recorded on the Sono Luminus Label as the third installment of "The Kernis Project" series.
